Resident’s wellbeing is at the very heart of what we offer, which is why the highest of standards can be expected from living environment to support provided. We strive to build an open and honest rapport with residents in order to eradicate any barriers on their road to a stable and happy future. Robust policies, procedure, training and information sharing enables Kardia to keep all residents as safe and as well as possible. For staff to work with residents to achieve personal goals and overcome hurdles which may be overshadowing their true potential, this in turn aids residents sense of self-worth and independence.
